Food scraps and compost, are now being accepted for drop off at 45 North ave, Mendon Ma, to feed to my livestock and compost. Compost will either be used on site for the vegetables/fruits being sold this coming spring, or sold/swapped at Ye Ole Swap Shop, Mendon farm’s new store/swap shop.
The following items are accepted for livestock feed and compost.

Compost can be dropped off anytime at 45 North Ave, Mendon Ma, in the trash can out front. For bulk compost drop offs please call/text 508-653-6451 or email Mendonmassfarm1@gmail.com to set up an appointment

Animal feed

Animal feed is accepted year round anytime, in the black trash can beside the road. Please make sure all itemsa are bagged on in a container before dropping off, so it's easier to unload everything.

Yard waste

Yard waste offs must be done by appointment, due to limited space at this time. Please call 508-654-6451 or email mendonmassfarm1@gmail.com to set up an appointment. If you're a local lalndscaper looking to drop off yard waste on a regular basis please let me know and I can set up a weekly/monthly drop off scedule for you

If you're a local farm/livestock owner looking to drop off manure on a regular basis please let me know and I can set up a weekly/monthly drop off scedule for you

Wood chips​

Wood chips are accepted anytime at 45 North ave, Mendon Ma, in the pile out front. If your load has a lot of pine in it please try and dump it in a seprate pile beside the main woodchip pile.

Leaves/yard waste

Leaves and yard waste are available for drop off anytime at 45 North ave, Mendon Ma, beside the compost pile out front. Please make sure any bagged leaves are in compostable bags before droopping off.

Logs/brush

​Logs and small brush are accepted anytime at 45 North ave Mendon Ma, in the pille by the driveway. Please make sure anything dropped off is sorted and placed neatly in the appropriate pile. If there's anything rotten please put that in a seperate pile by the main pile.​
