Town wide yard sale this June

​

I plan on participating in the Mendon MA town wide yard sale this June, (am not sure on the date yet, but I'll keep you posted), where I'll be offering farm fresh vegetables, soap, possibly Honey, abd cutting boards Ye Ole swap shop will also be open with a whole bunch of miscellaneous items for sale I'm getting rid of, as well as farm and garden equipment/tools, and more. Will keep you guys updated as we get closer to June, and I figure out how I'm going to set things up! Will also be accepting any new/used farm and garden equipment/tools soon. More details to come!

Update on Ye Ole Swap Shop

As I've finally caught a break in the Chaos of the growing season and work, I've begun to further plan things out for Ye Ole Swap Shop. The swap shop part of Ye Ole Swap shop will be open every Sunday from 9am to 2pm, from April 25th to mid November, (or until it gets too cold to be outside). I'm going to have it set up so people can swap or buy any farm and garden equipment/tools they want from what I have available at the swap shop, or donate whatever stuff they have to the shop. The week or two before I close for the year everything in the shop will be free or 50% off so I can clear all the stuff out that's leftover from the last year, (can't keep anything over Winter due to limited storage space). Whatever I can't get tid of after that will be donated to The Blessing Barn or another local thrift store in the area. Below is a general list of items I want to accept at the Swap Shop.

Farm/garden equipment and tools

I'll be putting out a couple polls between now and spring to try and see what items would be of the most interest to offer, so I can get a better sense of what people are interested in seeing there.

I'll also be offering seedlings for sale at Ye Ole Swap Shop from April 25th to Mid June, (or until I run out of plants). I'll also be offering a plant swap which will run from April 25th to Mid October. This is an opportunity for anyone in the area to connect with fellow gardeners and share plants with each other, in a safe open space. People can also buy plants if they don't have anything to swap, which will go towards helping to keep the plant swap going, (prices TBD), or donate plants to the swap that others can enjoy. Any house plants leftover after the swap closes will be offered for free so as to try and rehome anything I can't keep outside over winter.
